You may get a message or an email from STARZ that your credit card was declined when we attempted to verify your account or renew your subscription. STARZ cannot see why a card was declined, but the most common causes include:
- The card was entered incorrectly
- The zip code does not match
- An invalid or miss-spelled name was entered
- Insignificant funds in the bank to cover the $1 authorization check
We recommend that you double-check the information and attempt to enter the card details a second time. If it fails again, you can try a different card. If the issue persists, please reach out to your bank for clarification.
