If you subscribe to STARZ through your cable or satellite provider, you may encounter the following message if you click a lock symbol that has appeared on the bottom left corner of a show:
The lock symbol appears when a cable or satellite provider does not have access to the specific content.
STARZ breaks its content into three different brands, STARZ, STARZ ENCORE, and Movieplex. Depending on the subscription with the cable and satellite providers you might only have access to STARZ or STARZ and STARZ ENCORE. Any content under a different brand will display with a lock icon and provide the above message.
If you want access to all content through your cable/satellite provider, we recommend you reach out to your provider and discuss including the content you are missing.
