If your download of the STARZ app is stuck, try the following:
- Android:
- Go to the device's Settings menu
- Then select Applications in the menu
- Then Applications Manager
- Now locate and select Google Play Store
- Select Storage, and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will show
- Tap those buttons to clear everything out
- Reboot the phone and try to download again
- iOS:
- Try a different Wi-Fi
- Check if the app has a pause icon on it; if so, tap it to start the download
- Reboot the device
- Delete the app and reinstall it
- Download another app (can kick start the first one, can also check updates and update an app to do the same)
- Sync your device with iTunes by plugging it into an authorized computer
