You will receive a "Forbidden" message when you try logging in to STARZ if you are on a VPN. This is because STARZ does not support connecting to our services through a VPN. To resolve this issue, turn off any VPN you are running or switch to a non-VPN-managed network.
Watching on an Apple device
If you are trying to watch on an Apple device(iPhone/iPad), you can check to see if the device is connecting to the internet through a VPN, and you can turn it off, which should prevent the "Forbidden" message:
- Go to the device Settings.
- Go to General.
- Scroll down and click on VPN.
- If a VPN is turned on, a toggle to the right can be switched off.
