If you experience problems with the STARZ app on your Android TV device, such as the app freezing or running slow, this can be solved by restarting your TV.
Restart TV:
- Disconnect the power cord from your TV for three minutes
- Or go to Settings > System > Restart
- Check for and install any available software updates
- Now try the STARZ app again
If you continue to have problems, clear the app cache:
- Select Settings > Applications > Manage All Installed Applications
- Select the STARZ app
- Choose Clear Data, Clear Cache, and Force Stop
- Back out of this menu and try the STARZ app again
Consider the distance between your device and your wireless router and any obstructions.
