If you experience problems playing STARZ on your Roku, we recommend you check the following:
- Verify that your Roku device has an internet connection speed of at least 2 Mbps.
- Check the wireless signal strength of your Roku by going to Settings > Network.
- To restart your Roku device disconnect the power cord from your device for three seconds. If you have the Roku Streaming Stick, unplug it from your TV or receiver, and then unplug the power cord. Check for, and install any available software updates.
- Remove the STARZ app from My Channel, press the star(*) button, and choose Remove Channel. Then reinstall the channel again from the channel store.
