If you receive a playback error when using STARZ through a device connected to your TVs, such as an Apple TV, Roku, Xbox, Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, or Chromecast, then try the following:
- Log out of the STARZ app.
- Reboot your internet router.
- Reboot the device connected to your TV.
- Launch the STARZ app.
- Attempt to play a title.
