You may encounter this error on an Apple device when you try to log in to your STARZ account.
The error tends to be a symptom that you are outside the US, behind a Proxy, or on a VPN (Virtual Private Network). You can check to see if your device is connecting to the internet through a VPN and turn it off, which will fix this.
Turnning off a VPN through an Apple device:
- Go to the device’s Settings
- Go to General
- Scroll down and click on VPN
- If a VPN is turned on, a toggle to the right can be switched off.
